I just viewed some amazing videos on the web. They show how a Wii remote can be used so that moving one's fingers in the air in front of a computer screen will act like a mouse. Also moving one's head. Also using a Wiimote to turn any simple projection screen (or blank painted wall or blank sheet of paper on a tabletop, etc.) into a Smartboard.
